So it’s that time of the season again!
Isn’t it?
Welcome to the abode of fests at Delhi University!
Delhi University Fests are extraordinary in every facet…Be it
Music,Dance,Glamour,Fun or the paraphernalia associated
with it… We have it all! Let’s catch a sneak peek into the
Annual Fest of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.
Located in Sheikh Sarai, the college has distinguished itself in
diverse academic and professional fields by providing a
vibrant and intellectually stimulating academic culture, to
promote independence of thought and vision. It has held fests
ranging from a mere ‘So-So’ to the ‘Wow’ factor.
Be it ‘Moments’ capturing hearts across crowds brimming
with excitement or the luminous ‘Luminaria’, illuminating
young artists & throbbing pulses…The fests were full of

welcomed with cheer &applaud. When Hardy Sandhu

The Burning Question is:
“What expectations do the SBSCians hold this year?”
“It would be great if our fests involve more people in
ideating”, says Dhanajit Ray who is pursuing Economics.
“A better management is the call of the hour” says Shubham
Madaan, pursuing Geography (2nd Year)
The students want fun events as well as events that stimulate
intellect. They would love to have Debates, Quizzes, Dances,
Dumb Charades & the like. The students look forward to
innovative events like Paper Panache conducted at Nexus,
Venkateswara College & Paper Dance conducted at
Confluence, Hansraj College.
The crowds have a lot of expectations as they welcome the fest
season with open arms & cheerful ways…
But the question is:
“Will the expectations give way to better fests or an array of
Let’s see…
