Rolls Club, Civil Lines

Written by Tahira Noor Khan

While the North Campus boasts of numerous food joints and will never leave you hungry, The Rolls Club is a hangout point for IP College students. Situated in posh and residential civil lines area, the college has comparatively fewer eateries available. It does have Moets Chinese Restaurant and 1UP Café, but prove heavy on a student’s pocket.
Rolls Club is situated very near IP College, in the lane beside metro station gate no.2 Civil lines. They offer various veg and non-veg rolls, at a very reasonable price (stating at Rs.30). Paneer tikka, Manchurian, Chicken keema, mutton tikka are a few of the vast variety rolls offered. Apart from their main specialty (rolls of course), other things offered are French fries, spring rolls, chilly potato, noodles, momos, combo meals and a few others.
The quality and quantity of food is good. I specially like the mint sauce offered with the rolls.
They offer take away an home delivery too.
If you are looking for ambiance then you will be disappointed. It’s a very small eatery with plain décor (or no décor as such) and can accommodate only a few.
My overall verdict for the place is very good. It is highly economical, with the food providing utmost value for the money.
