Our own pan-university Model United Nations conference, DUMUN 2015 is now accepting delegate and reporter applications. It is not only a chance for all students to educate and inform themselves about various global issues, but also a platform to induce skills (such as public-speaking, analytical writing). DUMUN has been known for its innovation. It has continued to emphasise on quality of deliberations and importance of professional conduct. Since its inception in 2010, the conference has seen participation of over 1600 students, including an International presentation at WEMUN Expo China, and in its fifth edition it promises to get better. The conference will be simulating the UN General Assembly, UN Human Rights Council, UN Security Council and Citizens’ Dialogue apart from an International Press.
The registrations for the conference will close by 30th January 2015, so all eager applicants must visit dumun15.in and apply before the deadline expires. The conference is also active on Facebook and can be tracked on facebook.com/DelhiUniversityMUN.
For those who haven’t been acclimatized to the concept of “M-U-Ns” yet, the Organising Team is always willing to help and guide keen students. The Team can be reached at – firstname.lastname@example.org or 09953299088.
