Colloquium – the annual Debating and literary festival of Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) kick-starts tomorrow and here we give you 7 reasons why you cannot afford to give it a miss.
1. Biggest Debating Festival in the DU Circuit
Spread over three days , Colloquium sees a footfall of about 5000 students from across the nation. As many as seven different committees are being simulated this Colloquium. We have a series of other competitions lined up for you like one on one parliamentary debate , case study etc.
2. The best crowd 
Being an engineering college , the influence of NSIT is not just limited to DU . NSIT ranks among the top engineering colleges in India and students from IIT , NITs and every DU and IPU college come for Colloquium.
3. Amazing Executive Board
Our executive Board comprises of the most well known debaters and MUNers in the DU circuits. So, you’ll definitely get to learn a lot from them.
4. Two Panel Discussions with renowned panelists
Colloquium 2015 is hosting two panel discussions , first one titled “Fifty shades of feminism”and second one called “Science, for god’s sake” featuring renowned scientist CK Raju, and author Satyajit Nair and many more.
5. An evening of Slam Poetry
Mildly Offensive Content,  the very well known slam poetry group is performing just for you in Colloquium 2015 🙂
6. Finger Licking Food
If not anything else , come for the food ! Believe us , the food is so good you’ll never get enough of it.
7. NSIT is an oasis in Desert
A majority of NSIT’s huge 145 acre campus is filled with trees which makes it a mini forest in a way. The moment you enter the college , you experience the difference, the fresh air or the tranquil surrounding , NSIT is the place to be on a hot summer day.
